Success coach Tommi Wolfe is president of Wolfe Potential, a company dedicated to helping both individuals and corporations make the changes necessary to achieve peak performance and success. She is an energetic, charismatic, self-motivated business professional and serial entrepreneur, with over 20 years of continuous accomplishments in corporate consulting and leadership. Her specialty is career and small business transformation. She consults with small businesses and runs success-focused seminars and classes designed to help people live the lives they always imagined. She works one-on-one with special clients too!

Tommi excelled as a consultant, trainer, and public speaker in the South African high-technology industry. Her customers included IBM, Microsoft, Siemens Nixdorf, and Hewlett Packard. She was awarded an “Alien of extraordinary ability” complimentary green card by the USA government because of this work.
Tommi’s passion for life coaching emerged from her expertise in managing people, and her love of helping others achieve their fullest potential. She ranked in the top 10% of all IBM managers worldwide, and was awarded IBM’s coveted Leadership Award.

Tommi gives back actively and has served as the president of the Colorado Native Plant Society, Boulder Chapter; and as the co-chair of the Colorado University Women’s Gardening Club. She is a Native Plant Master and teaches wildflower identification in the picturesque foothills of Boulder. She is also an active supporter of Littlefield Home, an orphanage in Malawi, Africa.
